Compatibility & Setup

This kit is designed for wide compatibility with most vacuum cleaners. The included adapters allow fitting to various hose diameters, including 32mm (1 1/4 inch), 35mm (1 3/4 inch), 38mm (1 1/2 inch), 42mm, and 44mm. To attach an accessory, select the appropriate adapter that fits your vacuum's hose or wand, then connect the desired attachment.

Important Compatibility Note:

This product is not compatible with vacuum cleaners that have a non-circular or slim nozzle hose/wand. Please refer to Figure 3 to ensure your vacuum is compatible before attempting to connect the attachments.

Operating Instructions

Each attachment is designed for specific cleaning tasks. Select the appropriate tool for the best results.

General Use:

Connect the desired attachment to your vacuum's hose or wand using the appropriate adapter. Ensure a secure fit to maintain optimal suction. For extended reach, connect the vacuum extension tubes between your vacuum and the attachment.

Specific Attachments:

• Crevice Tool: Ideal for cleaning tight spaces, corners, edges, and between cushions.
• Horsehair Dust Brush: Suitable for delicate surfaces, car interiors, air vents, keyboards, and furniture.
• Upholstery Brush: Designed for cleaning upholstered furniture, curtains, and pet hair removal from fabrics.
• Pet Hair Removal Brush: Specifically engineered to effectively lift and remove pet hair from carpets and upholstery.
• Small Crevice Combine Tool: A compact tool for small, intricate areas.
• Flexible Crevice Tool: This long, flexible tool is excellent for reaching deep into dryer lint traps, under appliances, and other inaccessible narrow gaps to improve efficiency and prevent fire risks.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your VACEXT cleaning kit, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning Attachments: After each use, remove any accumulated debris or hair from the brushes and tools. Most attachments can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and air drying.
• Hose Adapters: Check adapters periodically for cracks or damage. Ensure they are free of obstructions that could reduce suction.
• Storage: Store all components in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent material degradation.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your VACEXT Household Cleaning Kit, consider the following:

• Poor Suction: Ensure all connections (adapter to vacuum, attachment to adapter) are secure and airtight. Check attachments for blockages or excessive debris. Verify your vacuum cleaner's hose or wand is compatible (refer to Figure 3).
• Attachments Not Fitting: Double-check that you are using the correct adapter for your vacuum's hose diameter. The kit includes multiple adapters for various sizes.
• Flexible Crevice Tool Clogging: For very dense lint or debris, it may be necessary to clear the tool periodically during use. Ensure your vacuum has sufficient suction power for the task.
