3. Product Features

4. Setup and Installation

4.1. Case Installation

1. Ensure your iPhone 11 is clean and free of dust or debris.
2. Separate the flexible inner layer from the hard outer shell of the case if they are connected.
3. Carefully place your iPhone 11 into the flexible inner layer, ensuring all edges are properly seated.
4. Align the inner layer with the hard outer shell and snap them together, starting from one side and working your way around until the case is securely closed.

4.2. Screen Protector Installation

1. Use the provided wet wipe (green label) to thoroughly clean your phone screen, removing any dirt or smudges.
2. Follow with the dry wipe (red label) to ensure the screen is completely dry and lint-free.
3. Use the dusting sticker to remove any remaining dust particles from the screen.
4. Carefully peel off the protective film from the tempered glass screen protector (usually labeled '1' or 'back').
5. Align the screen protector with your phone's screen, starting from the earpiece area, and gently lower it. The protector will automatically adhere to the screen.
6. If any bubbles appear, gently push them towards the edges of the screen using a soft cloth or your finger.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Using the 360° Rotable Kickstand

The integrated metal ring on the back of the case serves as a kickstand. Gently pull the ring outwards until it clicks into an open position. You can rotate it 360° to achieve your desired viewing angle for videos or calls. Push the ring back into its recessed position when not in use.

5.2. Magnetic Car Mount Compatibility

The case features a built-in metal magnetic sheet that allows it to be directly adsorbed to compatible magnetic car mount holders. Simply place the back of your cased iPhone onto a magnetic car mount for secure attachment. Note: Magnetic car mount holder is not included.

5.3. Wireless Charging

This case does not support wireless charging. Please remove the case before placing your iPhone on a wireless charger to ensure proper charging functionality.

• Cleaning the Case: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the case. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.
• Cleaning the Screen Protector: For best clarity, regularly clean the screen protector with a microfiber cloth. For stubborn smudges, a screen cleaner designed for electronics can be used.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the case and screen protector for any signs of wear or damage. Replace if significant damage is observed to maintain optimal protection.

7. Troubleshooting

• Case not fitting correctly: Ensure you have the correct model (iPhone 11, 6.1-inch). Double-check that your phone is properly aligned within the inner flexible layer before attaching the outer shell.
• Screen protector bubbles: If bubbles persist after installation, gently lift the nearest edge of the protector and reapply, pushing the air out as you go. Ensure the screen is completely clean before reapplication.
• Magnetic car mount not holding: Verify that your car mount is magnetic and compatible. The case has a built-in metal sheet for adsorption, but the strength can vary depending on the car mount.
• Wireless charging issues: As noted, the case does not support wireless charging. Remove the case for wireless charging.
