4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. Install the Main Line: Carefully install the main horizontal strand of the curtain lights in your desired location. Ensure it is securely fastened.
2. Unroll Drop Wires: Gently unroll each of the 10 vertical drop strings one by one. Avoid pulling forcefully to prevent tangling or damage.
3. Shape the Wires: Hold the top of each drop wire and gently shake it. The copper wire drop strings are flexible and will naturally fall into an "S" shape, allowing for easy adjustment of desired height and coverage.
4. Utilize Hooks: The curtain lights come with upgraded 360° rotation clips on each drop string, primarily for hooking onto curtains. They can be hung at any angle on various surfaces like walls, windows, porches, or eaves. Additionally, 16 sets of damage-free adhesive hooks are included for alternative mounting without nails.
5. Power Connection: Connect the USB plug to a compatible USB charger, power bank, laptop, or cellphone adapter. The 16.5 ft long power cord provides ample reach.

5. Operating Instructions

Your HXWEIYE Fairy Curtain Lights are controlled by a 17-key wireless remote. Ensure the remote is aimed at the USB receiver for optimal functionality (effective distance 10-15 meters).

Remote Control Functions:

• ON/OFF: Press the red 'ON' button to turn the lights on, and the green 'OFF' button to turn them off.
• Mode Selection (1-8): Use buttons '1' through '8' to cycle through the 8 different lighting modes.
• Dimming: Use the 'DIM+' and 'DIM-' buttons to adjust the brightness of the lights. There are 10 brightness levels.
• Timer Functions: Select from 4 timing modes: 2H, 4H, 6H, or 8H. When a timer is activated, the lights will stay on for the selected duration and then turn off for the remainder of a 24-hour cycle (e.g., 2H on, 22H off).
