- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.

Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a clean, damp cloth.
- Wash the air fryer basket and crisping tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
- Ensure all parts are dry before assembly and use.
- It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes on its highest temperature setting (400°F) during the first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.
Setup
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 6 inches) around the appliance for proper air circulation.
- Insert the crisping tray into the air fryer basket.
- Slide the assembled air fryer basket into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Prepare your food item(s) as desired.
- Place the food into the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overfill. For optimal results, food should be in a single layer or spread out to allow air circulation.
- Slide the basket back into the air fryer.
- Press the Power button on the touchscreen to turn on the appliance.
- Select your desired cooking function (Air Fry, Broil, Bake, Roast, Reheat) or manually adjust the temperature and time.
- Adjust the temperature (up to 400°F) and time using the touchscreen controls.
- Press the Start button to begin cooking. The appliance will automatically preheat if necessary (though often not required for this model due to Circular Heat Technology).
- During cooking, for even crisping, it is recommended to shake the basket halfway through the cooking cycle. The air fryer will pause when the basket is removed and resume when reinserted.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
- Carefully remove the basket using the handle. Use tongs to remove food from the basket.
