Troubleshooting

No Power / Device Not Turning On

  • Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on.

Cannot Pair with Bluetooth Device

  • Ensure the H2 is in pairing mode (indicator light flashing).
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your source device and it is within range (typically up to 10 meters, but can be affected by obstacles).
  • Try restarting both the H2 and your source device.
  • Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your source device and try pairing again.

Poor Bluetooth Signal / Disconnections

  • Ensure there are no physical obstructions between the H2 and your source device.
  • Keep the devices within close proximity. Signal strength can degrade significantly beyond 3 meters, especially with interference.
  • Avoid placing the H2 near other wireless devices that might cause interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, microwaves).

Audio Quality Issues / No Sound

  • Check the volume levels on both the H2 and your connected source device.
  • Ensure your headphones or speakers are properly connected to the H2.
  • Verify that the correct audio output (HIDIZS H2) is selected on your source device when using it as a USB DAC.
  • If using high-impedance headphones, ensure the H2's amplifier output is sufficient.

Battery Life Shorter Than Expected

  • Battery performance can vary based on usage (e.g., volume level, codec used).
  • Ensure the device is fully charged before use.
  • If the issue persists, contact customer support.
