- Tray Cleaning: The one-hand detachable tray and food-grade PP tray cover are dishwasher safe for thorough cleaning. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water.
- Fabric Cleaning: The premium fabric seat can be quickly wiped clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and water. Allow to air dry completely before re-use.
- Frame Cleaning: The elliptical thickened steel pipe frame is covered with lacquer, making it anti-fouling, rust-proof, and easy to clean. Wipe down with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- General Inspection: Periodically check all screws, bolts, and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Inspect the harness for any signs of wear, fraying, or damage. Replace damaged parts immediately.
Troubleshooting
This section addresses common concerns you might encounter with your high chair and provides guidance for resolution.
- Harness Adjustment Issues: If the arm straps do not sit correctly on your child's shoulders, ensure they are threaded through the appropriate slots for your child's size and adjusted for a snug fit. The harness offers two adjustable positions for growing babies.
- Cleaning Difficulties in Crevices: While the design aims for easy cleaning, some tight spots, particularly under the protective seat, may require a small brush or cotton swab for thorough cleaning. Ensure all food debris is removed to prevent accumulation.
- Protective Seat Cracking: The protective seat is designed for durability. If you observe any cracking or significant wear, discontinue use of the affected part and contact customer support for assistance or replacement parts.
- Chair Instability: Ensure the high chair is fully unfolded and all locking mechanisms are engaged. Always place the chair on a flat, level, and stable surface. The pyramid-shaped design and non-slip legs are engineered to provide maximum stability.
