2. What's in the Box

3. Setup
3.1 Charging Your Earbuds
Before first use, fully charge your ISOtunes Xtra 2.0 earbuds. The earbuds feature a USB-C charging port located on the control module.
- Locate the USB-C charging port on the control module.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the port.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The LED indicator will show charging status (typically red for charging, blue for fully charged).

3.2 Eartip Selection and Installation
Proper eartip selection is crucial for optimal noise isolation and comfort. The ISOtunes Xtra 2.0 comes with both foam and silicone eartips in various sizes.
- Select the correct size: Experiment with different sizes to find the tips that provide a snug, comfortable fit and seal your ear canal effectively.
- For foam eartips: Roll the foam tip between your fingers to compress it into a thin cylinder. Insert the compressed tip into your ear canal and hold it in place for a few seconds while it expands to create a seal.
- For silicone eartips: Gently insert the silicone tip into your ear canal until it feels secure and comfortable.

3.3 Bluetooth Pairing
The ISOtunes Xtra 2.0 uses Bluetooth 5.0 for a stable wireless connection up to 30 feet.
- Ensure your earbuds are charged and powered off.
- Press and hold the multi-function button on the control module until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "ISOtunes Xtra 2.0" from the list.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue.
The earbuds support dual connection, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Controls
The control module on the neckband allows for easy management of audio and calls:
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the multi-function button.
- Play/Pause: Short press the multi-function button.
- Volume Up/Next Track: Short press '+' for volume up; long press '+' for next track.
- Volume Down/Previous Track: Short press '-' for volume down; long press '-' for previous track.

4.2 Call Management
The integrated noise-cancelling microphone ensures clear calls even in loud environments.
- Answer/End Call: Short press the multi-function button.
- Reject Call: Long press the multi-function button.
- Voice Assistant: Double-press the multi-function button to activate your device's voice assistant.
4.3 Magnetic Earbuds
The earbuds feature magnets that allow them to connect together when not in use, preventing tangling and providing a convenient way to wear them around your neck. Connecting the magnets will also pause your music, and separating them will resume playback.

4.4 SafeMax™ Technology
The ISOtunes Xtra 2.0 incorporates SafeMax™ Technology, limiting the volume output to 85 dB to protect your hearing from prolonged exposure to loud music.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
The ISOtunes Xtra 2.0 earbuds are IP67 rated, meaning they are completely dust, sweat, and waterproof. This allows for easy cleaning.
- Wipe the earbuds and neckband with a damp cloth.
- For eartips, remove them from the earbuds and wash with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

5.2 Storage
When not in use, store your earbuds in the provided drawstring pouch to protect them from dust and damage.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ISOtunes Xtra 2.0 earbuds, try the following steps:
- No Power: Ensure the earbuds are fully charged. Connect them to the charging cable and check the LED indicator.
- Cannot Pair: Make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode (flashing blue and red LED). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again. Ensure the earbuds are within 30 feet of your device.
- No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the earbuds and your connected device. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ear canal.
- Poor Sound Quality/Noise Isolation: Verify that you are using the correct size and type of eartips for a proper seal. Re-insert foam tips if necessary.
- Call Quality Issues: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Move to a quieter environment if possible.
