Setup and Installation

Unpacking

Carefully remove the microwave oven from its packaging. Remove all packing materials, including the turntable and turntable ring. Inspect the oven for any damage, such as dents or a misaligned door. Do not operate the oven if it is damaged.

Placement

Place the microwave oven on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight and the heaviest food item likely to be cooked in it. Ensure adequate ventilation by leaving at least 10 cm (4 inches) of space at the back, 20 cm (8 inches) at the top, and 5 cm (2 inches) on the sides. Do not block any ventilation openings.

Electrical Connection

Ensure your power outlet matches the voltage and frequency specified on the appliance's rating label (240 Volts, 50 Hz). The appliance must be properly grounded. Do not use extension cords or adapters.

Turntable Assembly

Place the turntable ring inside the oven cavity. Then, place the glass turntable plate securely on top of the turntable ring, ensuring it sits correctly on the central hub.

Operating Instructions

The Comfee CMSN microwave oven features two rotary controls for easy operation: one for power level and one for the timer/defrost function.

Control Panel Overview

• Top Knob (Power): Selects the desired microwave power level.
• Bottom Knob (Timer/Defrost): Sets the cooking time or defrost weight.

Setting Cooking Time and Power

1. Place the food in a microwave-safe container on the glass turntable.
2. Close the oven door securely.
3. Turn the Power knob to select the desired power level (e.g., 700W for high power). The oven offers 5 power levels for flexibility.
4. Turn the Timer knob to set the desired cooking time (up to 35 minutes). The microwave will start automatically once the timer is set.
5. To stop cooking before the timer finishes, simply open the oven door or turn the timer knob back to "0".

Defrosting

The defrost function allows for easy thawing of frozen foods.

1. Place the frozen food on the glass turntable.
2. Turn the Timer knob to the "DEFROST(kg)" setting and select the appropriate weight for your food (e.g., 0.2kg, 0.4kg, 0.6kg, 0.8kg, 1.0kg).
3. The microwave will automatically set the power level and time required for defrosting based on the selected weight.
4. During defrosting, it is recommended to turn the food over periodically to ensure even thawing.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning the Oven Interior

Regular cleaning helps maintain the performance and longevity of your microwave oven. After each use, wipe the interior with a damp cloth to remove any food splatters. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
