1. Important Safety Information

Read all instructions carefully before using the appliance. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open as this can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy.
  • Do not place any object between the oven front face and the door or allow soil or cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
  • Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the oven door closes properly and that there is no damage to the: (1) door (bent), (2) hinges and latches (broken or loosened), (3) door seals and sealing surfaces.
  • The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service personnel.
  • Ensure the appliance is properly grounded.
  • Do not use corrosive chemicals or vapors in this appliance.
  • Always use oven mitts when handling hot items from the oven.
  • Liquids such as water, coffee, or tea can overheat beyond the boiling point without appearing to boil. This can result in very hot liquids suddenly boiling over when a spoon or other utensil is inserted into the liquid.

2.1 Control Panel Features

  • Display: Shows time, cooking settings, and status.
  • Function Buttons: Dedicated buttons for Microwave (M/W), Grill, Convection, Clock, Steam Cleaning, and Warm functions.
  • Auto Cook: Pre-programmed settings for common dishes (Roast pork, Roast beef, Roast chicken, Baked fish, Fresh vegetable).
  • Defrost: For thawing frozen foods.
  • Time/Weight Quantity Dial: Used to adjust cooking time, weight for defrost, or temperature for convection.
  • STOP/Clear Button: Stops cooking, clears settings, or activates child lock.
  • START/Speedy Cook Button: Starts cooking or initiates quick start cooking.

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Unpacking

  • Remove all packaging materials from inside and outside the oven.
  • Check the oven for any damage, such as a misaligned or bent door, damaged door seals, or dents in the cavity. If any damage is present, do not operate the oven and contact customer service.
  • Ensure all accessories are present: turntable and turntable support.

3.2 Placement

  • Place the oven on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight.
  • Allow at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space on the top, back, and sides for proper ventilation. Do not block any ventilation openings.
  • Keep the oven away from heat sources and strong magnetic fields.

3.3 Electrical Connection

  • Plug the oven into a dedicated, properly grounded 120V, 60Hz AC outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters.
  • Ensure the electrical circuit is rated for the oven's wattage (900 watts).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Setting the Clock

  1. Press the Clock button once.
  2. Turn the Time/Weight Quantity Dial to set the hour.
  3. Press the Clock button again.
  4. Turn the Time/Weight Quantity Dial to set the minutes.
  5. Press the Clock button one more time to confirm.

4.2 Microwave Cooking

  1. Place food in a microwave-safe container on the turntable.
  2. Press the M/W button.
  3. Turn the Time/Weight Quantity Dial to set the desired cooking time.
  4. To adjust power level (default is 100%), press M/W repeatedly to cycle through power levels (P100, P90, P80, etc.).
  5. Press START/Speedy Cook to begin cooking.

4.3 Grill Cooking

  1. Place food on the grill rack (if provided) or a heat-resistant dish.
  2. Press the Grill button.
  3. Turn the Time/Weight Quantity Dial to set the desired grilling time.
  4. Press START/Speedy Cook to begin grilling.

4.4 Convection Cooking

  1. Place food in an oven-safe dish.
  2. Press the Convection button.
  3. Turn the Time/Weight Quantity Dial to select the desired temperature.
  4. Press START/Speedy Cook to preheat the oven. The oven will beep when preheating is complete.
  5. Place food inside and turn the Time/Weight Quantity Dial to set the cooking time.
  6. Press START/Speedy Cook to begin convection cooking.

4.5 Combination Cooking

This oven allows for combined microwave and grill or microwave and convection cooking. Refer to the specific combination modes in your full manual for detailed instructions.

4.6 Auto Cook Menus

The oven has 5 pre-programmed auto cook menus for convenience:

  1. Roast pork
  2. Roast beef
  3. Roast chicken
  4. Baked fish
  5. Fresh vegetable

To use an Auto Cook menu:

  1. Press the Auto Cook button repeatedly to select the desired menu number.
  2. Turn the Time/Weight Quantity Dial to select the weight or quantity of food.
  3. Press START/Speedy Cook to begin.

4.7 Defrost Function

The oven features an Auto Defrost function.

  1. Place the frozen food on the turntable.
  2. Press the Defrost button.
  3. Turn the Time/Weight Quantity Dial to select the weight of the food.
  4. Press START/Speedy Cook to begin defrosting.

4.8 Child Lock Function

To activate the child lock, press and hold the STOP/Clear button for 3 seconds until a lock indicator appears on the display. To deactivate, press and hold the STOP/Clear button again for 3 seconds.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 General Cleaning

  • Always unplug the oven before cleaning.
  • Clean the oven cavity after every use with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • The turntable and turntable support can be removed and washed in warm, soapy water or a dishwasher.
  • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Clean the door seals and sealing surfaces regularly to ensure proper operation.

5.2 Steam Clean Function

The Easy Steam Clean function helps to loosen food residue inside the oven.

  1. Place a microwave-safe bowl with water inside the oven.
  2. Press the Steam Cleaning button.
  3. The oven will run for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Once complete, carefully open the door and wipe the interior with a damp cloth to remove loosened grime.

6. Troubleshooting
