Usage Guidelines

- Recommended Locations: Ideal for kitchens, bedrooms, garages, offices, laundry rooms, and cloakrooms.
- Storage: Use for tools, books, household appliances, clothing, shoes, and other items.
- Weight Distribution: Distribute weight evenly across shelves to maintain stability and prevent damage. Do not exceed the 250-pound limit per shelf or the 1250-pound total limit.
- Adjustability: Take advantage of the adjustable shelf feature to customize the unit to your specific storage needs.

Care and Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your shelving unit, follow these simple care instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. For tougher spots, use a damp cloth with mild soap and dry immediately to prevent rust.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the black paint finish.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all connections and ensure the shelves are securely seated on the tapered locks. Tighten leveling feet if necessary.
- Environment: While durable, avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures to prevent potential damage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your shelving unit, consider the following common solutions:
- Unit is Unstable/Wobbly:
- Ensure all tapered locks are securely snapped into the pole grooves at the same height.
- Adjust the leveling feet on the bottom of the poles to stabilize the unit on uneven floors.
- Verify that all pole sections are tightly screwed together.
- Shelf Not Sitting Evenly:
- Check that the tapered locks for that specific shelf are all at the same height and fully engaged.
- Ensure the shelf is properly aligned with the poles.
- Difficulty Assembling:
- Refer to the assembly video and instructions carefully.
- Ensure you are using the correct pole sections (top and bottom) and connectors.
- Tapered locks should snap firmly into place. If they don't, check for obstructions or ensure they are correctly oriented.
