Setup

1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
2. Place the temperature control base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
3. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded electrical outlet.
4. Before first use, fill the kettle with fresh, cold water to the MAX line. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process twice to thoroughly clean the interior of the kettle.

Operating Instructions

Filling the Kettle

Press the lid release button located on the handle to open the kettle lid. Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated on the interior. Do not overfill. Close the lid securely until it clicks into place.

Placing on the Power Base

Place the filled kettle securely onto the temperature control base. The kettle is cordless and can be rotated 360 degrees on the base for convenient handling.

Temperature Selection and Boiling

The base features 6 pre-set temperature programs (e.g., for delicate tea, green tea, white tea, oolong, coffee, and boil). Select your desired temperature by touching the corresponding button on the base. The display will illuminate to show the selected temperature. The kettle will begin heating the water. An audible signal will indicate when the target temperature is reached.

Keep Warm Function

The kettle includes a 30-minute keep-warm function. After reaching the selected temperature, the kettle will automatically maintain this temperature for up to 30 minutes, ensuring your hot water is ready when you are.

Pouring

Carefully lift the kettle from its base and pour the hot water. The double-walled construction of the kettle ensures the exterior remains comfortably cool to the touch, even when the water inside is boiling.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Exterior Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.

Interior Cleaning (Hand Wash Only)

The seamless stainless-steel lining of the kettle's interior is designed for easy cleaning. Hand wash the interior with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. Never immerse the kettle body or the power base in water or any other liquid.

Descaling

Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. To descale, fill the kettle with a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar (or a commercial descaling solution designed for kettles). Boil the solution and let it stand for approximately 30 minutes. Discard the solution and rinse the interior thoroughly several times with fresh water to remove any residue and odor.
