Setup
1. Charging the Speaker
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.
2. Powering On/Off
Locate the power button, typically on the control panel. Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn the speaker ON or OFF. A voice prompt or indicator light will confirm the status.
Operating Instructions
1. Control Panel Overview
The speaker features a user-friendly control panel with various buttons and ports. Familiarize yourself with these controls:
- Power Button: On/Off.
- Mode Button (M): Switches between Bluetooth, FM Radio, USB, SD Card, and AUX modes.
- Play/Pause Button (►▮): Plays or pauses audio. In FM mode, long press to auto-scan stations.
- Previous Track/Volume Down (-): Short press for previous track; long press to decrease volume.
- Next Track/Volume Up (+): Short press for next track; long press to increase volume.

2. Bluetooth Mode
- Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing blue LED or a voice prompt.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Search for "KM-2005" or "Kimiso" in the list of available devices.
- Select "KM-2005" to connect. Once paired, the speaker will confirm with a voice prompt or a solid blue LED.
- You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.
Note: The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.
3. USB/SD Card Mode
- Insert a USB flash drive or an SD/TF card (with MP3 audio files) into the respective port/slot.
- The speaker will automatically switch to USB or SD card mode and begin playing audio. If not, press the "M" (Mode) button to select the correct mode.
- Use the Previous/Next buttons to navigate tracks and Play/Pause to control playback.
4. FM Radio Mode
- Press the "M" (Mode) button until you hear the FM radio prompt.
- To auto-scan and save available stations, long press the Play/Pause button (►▮). The speaker will scan and store stations automatically.
- Use the Previous/Next buttons to switch between saved stations.
- For better reception, ensure the USB charging cable is connected, as it often acts as an antenna.
5. AUX Mode
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm auxiliary audio cable to the speaker's AUX input port.
- Connect the other end to the headphone jack of your external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop).
- The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. If not, press the "M" (Mode) button to select AUX.
- Control playback and volume from your connected device.
