Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

2. Powering On/Off

Locate the power button, typically on the control panel. Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn the speaker ON or OFF. A voice prompt or indicator light will confirm the status.

Operating Instructions

1. Control Panel Overview

The speaker features a user-friendly control panel with various buttons and ports. Familiarize yourself with these controls:

2. Bluetooth Mode

  1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing blue LED or a voice prompt.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
  3. Search for "KM-2005" or "Kimiso" in the list of available devices.
  4. Select "KM-2005" to connect. Once paired, the speaker will confirm with a voice prompt or a solid blue LED.
  5. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.

Note: The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

3. USB/SD Card Mode

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or an SD/TF card (with MP3 audio files) into the respective port/slot.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB or SD card mode and begin playing audio. If not, press the "M" (Mode) button to select the correct mode.
  3. Use the Previous/Next buttons to navigate tracks and Play/Pause to control playback.

4. FM Radio Mode

  1. Press the "M" (Mode) button until you hear the FM radio prompt.
  2. To auto-scan and save available stations, long press the Play/Pause button (►▮). The speaker will scan and store stations automatically.
  3. Use the Previous/Next buttons to switch between saved stations.
  4. For better reception, ensure the USB charging cable is connected, as it often acts as an antenna.

5. AUX Mode

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm auxiliary audio cable to the speaker's AUX input port.
  2. Connect the other end to the headphone jack of your external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop).
  3. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. If not, press the "M" (Mode) button to select AUX.
  4. Control playback and volume from your connected device.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or other chemical solvents, as these may damage the surface. Avoid getting moisture into any openings.

2. Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery periodically to maintain its health.

3. Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the speaker when the low battery indicator appears. Do not expose the battery to excessive heat or dispose of it in fire.
