The MIFA X11 earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and use in rainy conditions.
- Do not intentionally submerge the charging case, as it is not waterproof.
- Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.
- IPX7 rating applies to fresh water; exposure to salt water, chlorinated water, or other liquids may cause damage.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your MIFA X11 earbuds, try the following solutions:
- Earbuds not pairing with each other: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid for a few seconds, then take them out again. They should automatically connect.
- Earbuds not connecting to device: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Forget "MIFA X11" in your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again.
- No sound from one earbud: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try placing them back in the case and taking them out again. If the issue persists, reset the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if needed).
- Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is working. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case with a dry cotton swab.
- Poor sound quality: Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Try different sized ear tips for a better seal. Check if there is any debris in the earbud nozzles.
