3. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your AMZCHEF blender for first use.
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the 1.85L blending jar, its lid, the 600ml travel bottle, and the small 4-blade knife head in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Assemble Jar: For the 1.85L jar, ensure the blade assembly is securely attached to the bottom of the jar. Place the jar onto the motor base, aligning it correctly until it clicks into place. For the 600ml travel bottle, fill it with ingredients, attach the small 4-blade knife head, then invert and place it onto the motor base, twisting to secure.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (120 Volts).
4. Operating Instructions
Your AMZCHEF blender features a smart touch panel with preset programs and manual controls.
4.1 General Blending with 1.85L Jar
- Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the 1.85L blending jar. Ensure the liquid ingredients are added first, followed by softer items, then harder items and ice. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Secure Lid: Place the lid firmly on the blending jar. Ensure the lid cap is also in place.
- Place Jar: Position the assembled jar onto the motor base. The blender will not operate unless the jar is correctly seated.
- Select Program or Speed:
- Preset Programs: The smart touch panel offers 4 preset programs for common blending tasks. Select the appropriate program (e.g., Smoothie, Ice Crush).
- Manual Control: Use the 3 speed settings (Low, Medium, High) for manual control. The LED display will show the time.
- Pulse Function: For short bursts of power or to chop ingredients, use the Pulse function.
- Start Blending: Press the Start/Stop button or the selected program button to begin blending.
- Use Tamper (if needed): If ingredients get stuck, use the tamper through the lid opening while the blender is running to push ingredients towards the blades. Do not use other utensils.
- Stop Blending: Press the Start/Stop button or wait for the program to complete.
- Pour: Carefully remove the lid and pour your blended mixture.

4.2 Blending with 600ml Portable Travel Bottle
The 600ml travel bottle is ideal for single servings and softer ingredients.
- Add Ingredients: Fill the 600ml travel bottle with ingredients. Do not overfill.
- Attach Blade Head: Screw the small 4-blade knife head securely onto the open end of the travel bottle.
- Place on Base: Invert the bottle and place it onto the motor base, twisting to lock it into position.
- Blend: Use the manual speed settings or the Pulse function to blend. The travel bottle is generally suited for shorter blending times.
- Remove and Drink: Once blended, remove the bottle from the base, unscrew the blade head, and attach the portable drinking lid.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your blender.
5.1 Cleaning
- Motor Base: Unplug the blender. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
- 1.85L Blending Jar: The 1.85L jar is dishwasher safe. For quick cleaning, add warm water and a drop of dish soap to the jar, secure the lid, and run on a low speed for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
- 600ml Portable Travel Bottle: The 600ml travel bottle is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
- Blades: Use the provided cleaning brush to safely clean around the blades. Exercise extreme caution as blades are sharp.
