Setup

1. Prepare the Vehicle:
   • Park the vehicle on a firm, level surface.
   • Engage the parking brake.
   • Place wheel chocks on the wheels that are not being lifted to prevent accidental movement.
   • Turn off the engine, unless using the cigarette lighter power source, in which case the engine should be running to ensure sufficient power.
2. Connect Power:

   The kit can be powered by either the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket or directly from the car battery using the provided battery clamp connector.

   The safety valve, located on the top of the jack, must be in the "Tight" position before operation.

   Note: It is recommended to start the car engine before operation to ensure sufficient power, especially when using the jack or inflator pump.

3. Adjust Jack Height (Manual Rotation):

   The jack's saddle can be manually rotated to increase its initial height, allowing it to reach higher jacking points on certain vehicles. Rotate the saddle clockwise to extend it before placing the jack under the vehicle.

Operating Instructions

1. Electric Car Jack Operation

The electric jack simplifies vehicle lifting with push-button controls.

1. Place the jack directly under the vehicle's designated jacking point. Ensure the saddle is centered and securely positioned.
2. Press the "UP" button on the function panel to raise the vehicle. The jack will automatically stop when it reaches its maximum height or detects an overload.
3. Once the tire is clear of the ground, you can proceed with tire removal or other maintenance. For extended work under the vehicle, always use appropriate jack stands.
4. To lower the vehicle, press the "DOWN" button. Ensure the area around the jack is clear before lowering.

2. Tire Inflator Pump Operation

The built-in tire inflator pump allows you to inflate tires or other inflatable items.

1. Open the side compartment of the jack to access the inflatable pump hose and nozzles.
2. Select the appropriate nozzle for your item (tire, ball, etc.) and attach it to the pump hose.
3. Connect the hose to the tire valve.
4. Press the "Inflating Function" button on the function panel to start the pump. Monitor the pressure gauge to reach the desired PSI.
5. Once inflated, turn off the pump and disconnect the hose.

3. Electric Impact Wrench Operation

The portable electric impact wrench makes removing and tightening lug nuts quick and effortless.

1. Select the correct size wrench socket (17mm/19mm or 21mm/23mm) and attach it to the 1/2" anvil of the electric wrench.
2. Connect the electric wrench to the power source (cigarette lighter or battery clamps).
3. Set the forward/reverse switch to the desired direction (reverse for loosening, forward for tightening).
4. Place the socket onto the lug nut and press the trigger. Note: Keep pressing the switch; do not release it during working.
5. After tightening, it is recommended to manually check the lug nuts with a torque wrench to ensure they are tightened to your vehicle's specifications.

4. LED Working Light and Warning Light

The kit includes integrated lighting for convenience and safety during roadside emergencies or night work.

• LED Working Light: Located on the front of the jack, this light illuminates your work area. Activate it using the dedicated switch on the function panel.
• Warning Light: Red and blue warning lights are located on the sides of the jack, providing visibility to oncoming traffic. These can be activated via a separate switch.
