1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the MIPOW POWER CUBE PRO MP20179. This compact and versatile 10,000mAh wireless mobile battery is designed to provide convenient power on the go. It features Qi-compatible wireless charging, fast charging via USB Power Delivery (PD), and the ability to charge up to four devices simultaneously. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and to maximize the product's lifespan.

3. Product Features

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

1. Connect the included USB-C to C cable to the USB Type-C port on the POWER CUBE PRO.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible AC adapter (18W or higher PD 3.0 compatible AC adapter recommended for fast charging).
3. The LED indicators will light up to show the charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours with a fast charger.

Note: Using an AC adapter with less than 18W output will increase charging time.

4.2 Attaching the Anti-Slip Sheet

The included anti-slip sheet helps prevent your smartphone from sliding off the wireless charging surface. Peel off the protective film and carefully apply the sheet to the designated wireless charging area on the POWER CUBE PRO.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wireless Charging

1. Place your Qi-compatible device on the wireless charging area of the POWER CUBE PRO.
2. Press the power button on the POWER CUBE PRO to initiate charging. The device will automatically detect the optimal output (5W, 7.5W, or 10W).

Note: Wireless charging is only compatible with Qi-enabled devices. Charging efficiency may be lower than wired charging. Cases made of metal or thick materials may interfere with wireless charging.

5.2 Wired Charging (USB-C PD & USB-A)

1. Connect your device to one of the USB ports on the POWER CUBE PRO using an appropriate charging cable.
   • USB Type-C Port: Supports Power Delivery (PD) for fast charging up to 18W.
   • USB Type-A Ports: One port provides 5V/2A output, the other 5V/1A output.
2. Press the power button on the POWER CUBE PRO to begin charging.

5.3 Simultaneous Charging (Pass-Through)

The POWER CUBE PRO supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge the power bank itself while also charging up to three other devices (wired) simultaneously. Connect the power bank to an AC adapter and then connect your devices to the USB ports.

5.4 Checking Battery Level

Press the power button once to view the current battery level indicated by the four LED lights:

• 1 LED: 0-25%
• 2 LEDs: 25-50%
• 3 LEDs: 50-75%
• 4 LEDs: 75-100%

6. Maintenance

• Keep the device dry. Do not expose it to moisture or liquids.
• Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Device Not Charging

• Ensure the POWER CUBE PRO has sufficient battery charge.
• Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
• Try a different charging cable or USB port.
• For wireless charging, ensure your device is Qi-compatible and properly aligned on the charging surface. Remove any thick or metallic phone cases.
• Press the power button on the POWER CUBE PRO to activate charging.

7.2 Slow Charging

• Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable and device for PD charging.
• When charging multiple devices simultaneously, the output power is distributed, which may result in slower charging for individual devices.
• For charging the power bank itself, use an 18W or higher PD 3.0 compatible AC adapter for optimal speed.

7.3 Power Bank Overheating

• If the power bank becomes excessively hot, it may automatically shut off as a safety measure. Disconnect all devices and allow it to cool down before resuming use.
• Ensure adequate ventilation around the power bank during charging and discharging.

9.1 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage or malfunction due to improper use, modification, or unauthorized repair.
• Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, etc.) or pollution.
• Damage or injury resulting from operations or usage methods contrary to warnings and precautions in this manual.
• Initial defects, loss, or damage not reported at the time of purchase.
• Products imported individually from overseas businesses or parallel imports.
• The included accessories (cables, pouch, anti-slip sheet) are generally not covered by the warranty.
