5.1 Charging the Battery

Connect the supplied Type-C charging cable to the light's Type-C port and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, computer USB port). The LED display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours.

5.2 Mounting the Light

• On-Camera/Cage: Slide the cold shoe foot of the VL49 into a camera's hot shoe or a cold shoe mount on a camera cage. Tighten the locking wheel to secure.
• Tripod/Light Stand: Screw the 1/4" screw thread at the bottom of the light onto a compatible tripod or light stand.
• Magnetic Surface: Utilize the built-in magnet on the back of the light to attach it to any suitable metal surface for quick and flexible positioning.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the On/Off switch located on the side of the light to power it on or off.

6.2 Mode Selection

Press the Function Button to cycle through the different lighting modes:

• CCT Mode: Color Temperature mode (2500K-9000K).
• HSI Mode: Hue, Saturation, Intensity mode (360° full color).
• Scene Mode: Pre-programmed special effects (e.g., police car, ambulance, fire, lightning).

6.3 Adjusting Settings

Use the Adjustment Buttons to modify parameters within each mode:

• Brightness: In all modes, adjust brightness from 0% to 100%.
• Color Temperature (CCT Mode): Adjust from 2500K (warm) to 9000K (cold).
• Hue (HSI Mode): Adjust from 0° to 359° to select any color in the spectrum.
• Saturation (HSI Mode): Adjust the intensity of the selected color.
• Intensity (HSI Mode): Adjust the overall brightness of the HSI color.

6.4 Multi-Light Assembling

The VL49 RGB light features three cold shoe mounts, allowing multiple units to be connected together to create a larger light panel for increased illumination or more complex lighting setups.
