Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the air fryer.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the removable pan and crisping tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clear space around the back and sides of the unit to allow for proper air circulation.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Using the Touchscreen Control Panel:

The digital touchscreen allows for precise control over cooking settings. The display shows temperature and time. Pre-set functions are available for common dishes.

• Power Button: Press to turn the unit on/off.
• Temperature Control: Use the temperature buttons (usually + and -) to adjust the cooking temperature from 90°F to 400°F.
• Time Control: Use the time buttons (usually + and -) to set the cooking duration up to 60 minutes.
• Menu/Preset Functions: Select from various pre-programmed cooking modes (e.g., Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Bake, Reheat, Keep Warm, Pizza, Dehydrate).

Cooking Process:

1. Prepare Food: Place your food in the crisping tray, then insert the tray into the pan. Slide the pan into the air fryer. Do not overfill.
2. Power On: Press the Power button to turn on the air fryer.
3. Set Temperature and Time: Use the temperature and time controls, or select a pre-set function. The air fryer preheats up to 50% faster than a conventional oven.
4. Start Cooking: Press the Start button (if applicable, or it may start automatically after setting).
5. Shake/Flip (Optional): For even cooking, some foods may require shaking or flipping halfway through the cooking cycle. The air fryer may beep to remind you.
6. Completion: The air fryer will automatically shut off after the set time and emit an audible tone. Carefully remove the pan using the handle.
7. Serve: Transfer cooked food to a serving dish.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air fryer.

• Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Dishwasher Safe Parts: The nonstick pan and crisping tray are dishwasher safe. For best results and to prolong the nonstick coating, hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended.
• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the stainless steel finish.
• Interior Cleaning: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent.
• Heating Element: Gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food residue.
• Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the air fryer in a cool, dry place.
