Product Overview

Setup

1. Battery Installation

The alarm clock is powered by one (1) AA battery (not included). To install the battery:

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock.
2. Slide the cover downwards to open the compartment.
3. Insert one (1) AA battery, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the indicators inside the compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it upwards until it clicks into place.

2. Initial Time Setting

After installing the battery, set the current time:

1. Locate the "Time Knob" on the back of the clock (usually the larger knob).
2. Rotate the Time Knob in either direction until the hour and minute hands display the correct current time.

Operating Instructions

1. Setting the Alarm Time

To set your desired wake-up time:

1. Locate the "Alarm Knob" on the back of the clock (usually the smaller knob).
2. Rotate the Alarm Knob to move the small alarm hand to your desired alarm time. Note that the alarm hand moves independently of the main time hands.
3. Ensure the "Alarm Switch" (ON/OFF toggle) on the back of the clock is in the "ON" position to activate the alarm.

2. Alarm Function

The clock features a super loud twin-bell alarm. When the main hour hand reaches the set alarm time, the metal hammer will strike the bells, producing a clear and powerful sound. There is no snooze function, ensuring you wake up promptly.

3. Backlight and Luminous Dial

The clock face and hands are designed with luminous materials that absorb light during the day and glow in the dark for easy viewing at night. For instant illumination:

The luminous dial glows in low light conditions after absorbing ambient light.

4. Silent Non-Ticking Movement

The clock features a sweep second hand that moves continuously without any ticking noise, ensuring a quiet environment for sleeping or working.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

To clean the clock, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the clock in water.

2. Battery Replacement

Troubleshooting

• Alarm not sounding:
  • Ensure the Alarm Switch on the back of the clock is in the "ON" position.
  • Check if the battery is correctly installed and has sufficient power. Replace if necessary.
  • Verify that the alarm hand is set to the desired time.
• Time is inaccurate:
  • Replace the battery with a fresh one.
  • Ensure the Time Knob is not accidentally moved.
• Luminous dial not glowing:
  • The luminous material needs to absorb light to glow. Expose the clock to bright indoor light or sunlight for at least 40 minutes for optimal glow.
• Alarm is too loud:
  • This clock is specifically designed to be super loud for heavy sleepers. There is no volume adjustment. Consider placing the clock further away from your bed if the sound is too intense.
