5. Troubleshooting Common Issues

5.1 Tablet Not Powering On

If your tablet does not power on, ensure it is sufficiently charged. Connect it to the charger for at least 30 minutes, then try pressing and holding the Power button again. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

5.2 Screen Unresponsive

If the touchscreen is unresponsive, try restarting the tablet by holding the Power button for approximately 10-15 seconds until it reboots. If the problem continues, a factory reset might be necessary (back up your data first), or contact support.

5.3 Network Connectivity Problems

For Wi-Fi issues, try toggling Wi-Fi off and on, restarting your router, or forgetting and rejoining the network. For mobile data issues, ensure your SIM card is correctly inserted, mobile data is enabled in settings, and you have an active data plan. Restarting the tablet can also resolve temporary connectivity glitches.

5.4 Charging Issues

If the tablet is not charging, ensure the charging cable and adapter are securely connected and undamaged. Try using a different compatible charger and cable if available. Some users have reported issues with high-powered USB-C chargers; ensure your charger output is compatible (e.g., 2.0A). If the problem persists, the charging port or battery may require service.
