Device Overview

Familiarize yourself with the device's components and controls:

  • LCD Display: Shows device status, mode, and nearby Bluetooth devices.

Setup and Operation

1. Powering the Device

The Pagaria T13 does not have an internal battery and requires continuous power. Connect the USB-A connector of the device directly to a USB power source (e.g., TV USB port, USB wall adapter, car USB port). The USB extension cable can be used for easier access if the USB port is hard to reach.

2. Switching Modes (Transmitter TX / Receiver RX)

Use the slide switch on the side of the device to select the desired mode:

  • TX (Transmitter) Mode: To send audio from a non-Bluetooth device (e.g., TV, PC) to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
  • RX (Receiver) Mode: To receive audio from a Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) and play it on a non-Bluetooth speaker or car stereo.

3. Transmitter Mode (TX) Connection Steps

Follow these steps to use the device in Transmitter mode:

  1. Slide the device to TX Mode.
  2. Connect the USB extension cable to your TV's USB port for power.
  3. Connect the T13 device to the USB extension cable.
  4. Connect one end of the 3.5mm Aux cable to the T13's AUX audio hole.
  5. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm Aux cable to your TV's Audio Out (Earphone Port). Note: Ensure your TV has an Audio Out Aux Port. This device does not support RCA or Optical ports.
  6. The T13's LCD display will start searching and displaying nearby Bluetooth headphones/speakers.
  7. Put your Bluetooth headphones or speakers into pairing mode. (For headphones, long press the On/Off switch for 6-7 seconds until the pairing light glows fast).
  8. Select the desired device from the T13's LCD display to pair and connect.

4. Receiver Mode (RX) Connection Steps

Follow these steps to use the device in Receiver mode:

  1. Slide the device to RX Mode.
  2. Connect the USB extension cable to a USB port on your car stereo or speaker for power.
  3. Connect the T13 device to the USB extension cable.
  4. Connect one end of the 3.5mm Aux cable to the T13's AUX audio hole.
  5. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm Aux cable to the Aux In port of your speaker or car stereo.
  6. Change your car stereo or speaker's input to Aux Mode.
  7. On your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Wireless Music Adapter" to pair and connect.

5. Making and Receiving Calls (Receiver Mode)

When in Receiver mode and connected to a smartphone, the built-in microphone allows for hands-free calling. Use the Play/Pause (M) button to answer or end calls.

6. Volume Control and Track Navigation

Use the + and - buttons on the device to adjust the volume. Use the Previous Piece and Next Track buttons to navigate through your audio playlist.

Maintenance

  • Keep the device dry. Moisture can damage internal circuits.
  • Avoid extreme temperatures. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices.
  • Do not drop, knock, or shake the device. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards.
  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or detergents.
  • Store the device in a clean, dust-free environment when not in use.

Troubleshooting

  • For RX mode, ensure your speaker/car stereo is set to Aux input.
  • Check volume levels on all connected devices.
