Introduction
The TOWODE D121 is a wireless door and window alarm system designed to enhance the security of your home, office, or shop. This system features a powerful 120dB alarm, remote control operation, and multiple functional modes including anti-theft, doorbell, and SOS. Setup and Installation
Follow these simple steps to install your TOWODE D121 alarm system:
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the main alarm unit and the remote control. Insert the specified batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Prepare Surface: Clean the surface of the door/window frame and the door/window itself where you intend to install the alarm. Ensure it is dry and free of dust.
- Attach Adhesive Tape: Peel off the protective film from one side of the double-sided adhesive tape and firmly attach it to the back of the main alarm unit and the magnetic strip.
- Mount Alarm Unit: Peel off the remaining protective film from the adhesive tape on the main alarm unit. Mount the main unit onto the door or window frame.
- Mount Magnetic Strip: Peel off the remaining protective film from the adhesive tape on the magnetic strip. Mount the magnetic strip onto the door or window, aligning it with the main alarm unit. Ensure the distance between the main unit and the magnetic strip is less than 10mm when the door/window is closed.

Operating Instructions
The TOWODE D121 alarm system offers multiple operating modes controlled via the wireless remote.
Remote Control Functions
- Arm Button: Activates the alarm system. In this mode, opening the protected door/window will trigger the alarm.
- Disarm Button: Deactivates the alarm system. The alarm will not sound if the door/window is opened.
- SOS Button: Triggers an immediate emergency alarm, useful for calling for assistance.
- Doorbell Button: Switches the system to doorbell mode. When the door/window is opened, the unit will emit a chime sound instead of an alarm.

Operating Modes
- Security Alarm Mode (120dB): When armed, any separation of the main unit and magnetic strip (door/window opening) will trigger a loud 120dB alarm. This mode is ideal for deterring intruders and protecting property.
- Doorbell Mode: When activated, the system will emit a pleasant chime sound each time the door or window is opened. This is useful for welcoming guests in a shop or knowing when children open a door.
- SOS Emergency Mode: Pressing the SOS button on the remote control will immediately activate the alarm, providing a quick way to signal for help in an emergency.

System Expansion
The TOWODE D121 system is expandable. You can link multiple alarm units to a single remote control, or link a single alarm unit to multiple remote controls. Additionally, the system can integrate with other security accessories such as infrared detectors, smoke detectors, gas detectors, and emergency buttons for a comprehensive security solution.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The alarm unit will indicate a low battery condition by reducing the alarm volume and shortening the alarm duration. When this occurs, replace the batteries promptly to ensure continuous protection. Refer to the 'Setup and Installation' section for battery insertion instructions.
Cleaning
Wipe the alarm unit and magnetic strip with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the device.
Troubleshooting
Alarm Not Functioning / Resetting
If the alarm unit is not functioning correctly or needs to be reset, try the following steps:
- Alarm Unit Reset: With the alarm activated (armed), press the internal button on the sensor 10 to 12 times. This may help reset the unit.
- Remote Control Reset: To reset the remote control, press and hold the 'Disarm' button. While holding it, press any other button on the remote. The sensor should emit two beeps, indicating a successful reset.
- Check Battery: Ensure batteries in both the alarm unit and remote control are fresh and correctly inserted.
- Check Alignment: Verify that the main alarm unit and the magnetic strip are aligned correctly and the distance between them is less than 10mm when the door/window is closed.
