5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Monitor

To clean the monitor screen, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, dampen the cloth slightly with water or a mild, non-abrasive screen cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol, or ammonia-based cleaners, as these can damage the screen surface.

5.2 Storage and Handling

When not in use, store the monitor in its protective smart cover to prevent scratches and damage. Avoid placing heavy objects on the monitor. Handle the monitor with care to prevent drops or impacts.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Signal Displayed

  • Ensure all cables (USB-C, HDMI, power) are securely connected to both the monitor and the source device.
  • Verify that your source device is powered on and configured to output video to an external display.
  • If using USB-C, confirm that your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
  • Try connecting the monitor to a different device or using different cables to rule out cable or source device issues.

6.2 No Power

  • Ensure the AC adapter is properly connected to a working power outlet and to the monitor's power input.
  • Check if the power indicator light on the monitor is on.
  • If using a single USB-C cable for power and video, ensure the source device provides sufficient power, or connect the monitor to an external power adapter.

6.3 Image Quality Issues

  • Adjust the brightness, contrast, and other image settings via the OSD menu.
  • Ensure the display resolution on your source device is set to 1920x1080 for optimal clarity.
  • Check for any physical damage to the screen or cables.
