1. Introduction
The PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder is a Wi-Fi enabled food dispenser designed to provide convenient and consistent feeding for your pets. It features programmable meal times and portion sizes, an interactive voice recorder, and dual power options to ensure your pet is fed even during power outages. The feeder is built with user-friendly controls and easy-to-clean components for a hygienic feeding experience.

2. Setup Guide
2.1 Unboxing and Component Check
Before setting up your feeder, ensure all components are present:
- Automatic Pet Feeder Unit
- Stainless Steel Bowl
- Power Adapter and Cable
- User Manual (this document)
- Quick Guide
2.2 Powering the Feeder
The PETLIBRO feeder supports dual power modes for reliable operation:
- Power Adapter: Connect the included power adapter to the feeder and a wall outlet. This is the primary power source.
- Battery Backup: For uninterrupted feeding during power outages, install 3 D-size batteries (not included) in the battery compartment at the bottom of the feeder. It is recommended to use both power sources.

2.3 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection
To utilize the smart features, download the PETLIBRO app on your smartphone (Android or iOS). The feeder supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your feeder to your home Wi-Fi network.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Setting Up Feeding Schedules
Use the PETLIBRO app to set up automated feeding schedules. You can customize the number of meals per day (up to 4) and the portion size for each meal. This ensures your pet receives consistent nutrition even when you're away.

3.2 Interactive Voice Recorder
Record a 10-second personalized voice message through the app. This message will play automatically during meal times, helping your pet feel more comfortable and encouraging them to eat. This feature can reduce anxiety for pets when their owners are not physically present.

3.3 Manual Feeding
For additional feedings outside of the schedule, you can manually dispense food using the "FEED" button on the feeder's LCD screen or through the app. The amount dispensed per manual feed can be pre-set in the app.
