  • Dough Hook (Levels 1-4): Ideal for heavy mixtures like bread dough, pizza dough, and pasta dough. Start at a low speed and gradually increase as the dough forms.
  • Flat Beater (Levels 2-6): Suitable for medium-heavy mixtures such as cake batter, cookie dough, mashed potatoes, and salads. Use lower speeds for initial mixing and higher speeds for creaming.
  • Wire Whisk (Levels 6-10): Best for light mixtures requiring aeration, like whipping egg whites, cream, and making light sauces. Start at a medium speed and increase to high for maximum volume.

  • Juice Blender: Attach the blender base to the top port of the mixer head. Place the glass jar onto the base and secure the lid. Add ingredients. Use speeds from Level 6-10 or the Pulse function for blending.
  • Slicer & Shredder: Attach the slicer/shredder housing to the front hub. Insert the desired slicing or shredding cone. Turn on the mixer to a medium speed (e.g., Level 4-6) and feed ingredients through the chute using the food pusher.
  • Pasta Maker: Attach the pasta maker assembly to the front hub. Select and insert the desired pasta disc. Prepare your pasta dough separately. Turn on the mixer to a low speed (e.g., Level 2-3) and feed small pieces of dough into the hopper.

Cleaning:

  • Before Cleaning: Always unplug the mixer from the power outlet before cleaning.
