Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the portable cups, to-go lids, and blade assembly in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
  3. Position: Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure it is near an electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Fill one of the 28oz portable cups with your desired ingredients. Do not overfill past the maximum fill line. For optimal performance with ice, use 3-4 ice cubes, each about 1 inch in size.
  2. Attach Blade Assembly: Screw the blade assembly firmly onto the open end of the portable cup. Ensure it is tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
  3. Place on Base: Invert the cup and blade assembly, then place it onto the motor base. Align the tabs on the cup with the slots on the base and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place. The safety lock system will prevent operation if not correctly aligned.
  4. Blend: Plug the blender into a 120V AC power outlet. Press and hold the power button on the front of the motor base to begin blending. Release the button to stop. For best results, use short pulses rather than continuous blending, especially with tougher ingredients.
  5. Remove Cup: Once blending is complete, release the power button, then twist the cup counter-clockwise to unlock it from the motor base.
  6. Enjoy: Unscrew the blade assembly from the cup and replace it with a to-go lid for immediate consumption or storage.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your iCucina Personal Blender.

  • Dishwasher Safe Parts: The blender cups and to-go lids are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).
  • Hand Washing: For thorough cleaning, hand wash the blade assembly carefully with warm, soapy water. Use a brush to clean around the blades. Exercise extreme caution as blades are sharp.
  • Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  • Storage: Store the blender and its accessories in a clean, dry place when not in use.
