Setup

1. Unpack the AILKIN Dual-Port USB Wall Charger from its packaging.
2. Ensure the charger is free from any visible damage.
3. Locate a standard AC wall outlet (100-240V).
4. Plug the charger firmly into the wall outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Connect your USB charging cable (not included) to one of the USB-A ports on the charger.
2. Connect the other end of the USB charging cable to your device.
3. To charge a second device, connect another USB charging cable to the second USB-A port on the charger and then to your second device.
4. Charging will begin automatically. The charger is designed to stop charging once the device's battery is full, preventing overcharging.
5. When charging is complete, disconnect your device(s) and then unplug the charger from the wall outlet.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Device not charging:

- Ensure the charger is securely plugged into a working wall outlet.

- Check that the USB cable is properly connected to both the charger and your device.

- Try using a different USB cable or a different device to rule out cable or device issues.

- Verify that your device is compatible with a 5V-2.1A charger.

Slow charging:

- Ensure your device supports 2.1A charging. Some older devices may charge at a slower rate.

- If two devices are connected, the total 2.1A output is shared, which might result in slightly slower charging for each device compared to charging a single device.

- Note that this charger does not support Qualcomm Quick Charge, so devices requiring this technology may charge at standard speeds.

Charger feels warm:

- It is normal for the charger to become slightly warm during operation. If it becomes excessively hot, unplug it immediately and contact customer support.
