Setup Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your TVON Universal TV Stand.

1. Step 1: Attach Non-Slip Feet to the Tempered Glass Base.
   Carefully place the tempered glass base upside down on a soft, clean surface. Screw the four non-slip feet into the designated holes on the underside of the glass base. Ensure they are tightened securely.
2. Step 2: Assemble the Main Support Column to the Base.
   Align the main support column with the central mounting point on the tempered glass base. Use the provided screws and washers to firmly attach the column to the base. Ensure the column is upright and stable.
3. Step 3: Attach TV Mounting Brackets to Your TV.
   Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV. Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the provided hardware kit that fit your TV's specific VESA pattern and depth. Attach the two TV mounting brackets to the back of your TV. Ensure the brackets are level and securely fastened. Important: Check your TV's input area first; the mount may block some ports. Ensure the distance from the top VESA hole to the bottom of the TV is less than 6.2 inches (160mm) to avoid blocking inputs.

4. Step 4: Mount Your TV to the Stand Column.
   With assistance, carefully lift your TV and hook the attached mounting brackets onto the main support column. Ensure the brackets are properly seated on the column's hooks. Secure the TV in place using the safety lock mechanism provided. This prevents accidental dislodgement.
5. Step 5: Adjust TV Height (Optional).
   The stand offers 3 levels of height adjustment. To change the height, loosen the securing bolts on the main column, adjust the TV to your desired height (22", 24", or 26" from the base to the center of the TV mounting area), and then re-tighten the bolts firmly.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

The TVON Universal TV Stand allows for 3-level height adjustment to optimize your viewing experience. The available heights are approximately 22 inches, 24 inches, and 26 inches (measured from the base to the center of the TV mounting area). To adjust, ensure the TV is securely held, loosen the securing bolts on the main column, slide the TV to the desired height, and then firmly re-tighten the bolts.

Cable Management

Utilize the integrated cable management tube located behind the metal column. Gather your TV and device cables and route them through this tube to keep them organized and out of sight, contributing to a cleaner aesthetic.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the stand with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish of the metal and glass components.
• Regular Checks: Periodically inspect all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Over time, vibrations or movement can cause fasteners to loosen. Re-tighten as necessary.
• Glass Care: The tempered glass base is durable, but avoid dropping heavy objects on it or striking it with sharp items to prevent chipping or breakage.

Troubleshooting

• TV feels unstable or wobbly:
  Ensure all assembly screws are fully tightened. Verify that the TV's weight does not exceed the stand's maximum capacity of 88 lbs (40 kg). Confirm the stand is placed on a flat, level, and stable surface.
• TV leans forward or backward:
  Ensure the TV mounting brackets are installed correctly and evenly on the back of the TV. If your TV has an uneven back panel, use the appropriate spacers provided in the hardware kit to create a flat mounting surface.
• Missing parts or damaged components:
  Refer to the "Package Contents" section to confirm all parts. If any components are missing or damaged upon arrival, do not proceed with assembly. Contact TVON customer support for assistance.
• Difficulty with VESA compatibility:
  Double-check your TV's VESA pattern against the stand's compatible range (100x100mm to 400x400mm). If your TV's VESA pattern falls outside this range, the stand is not compatible.
