3. Setup and First Use

General Operation:

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

  2. Inner Pot: Wash the non-stick inner pot with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  3. Lid: Wash the lid, including the sealing ring and pressure release valve, with warm soapy water. Ensure all food particles are removed from the valve mechanism.
  4. Sealing Ring: Periodically remove the silicone sealing ring from the lid for thorough cleaning. Ensure it is properly reinstalled before next use.
  5. Condensation Collector: Remove and empty the condensation collector after each use. Wash it with warm soapy water.
  6. Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  7. Storage: Store the clean and dry pressure cooker in a cool, dry place.
