Setup

1. Choosing the Right Fit

For optimal sound quality and secure fit, select the EarTips and EarWings that best suit your ears. Experiment with different sizes to find the most comfortable and stable combination.

2. Charging Your Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source, or place the case on a wireless charging pad. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status.

3. Pairing with Your Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "Soundcore Life A1" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4. Once connected, you will hear an audible confirmation, and the earbuds' LED indicators will change.

The earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

Operating

Controls:

The Soundcore Life A1 earbuds feature physical buttons for precise control. The specific functions can be customized via the Soundcore app.

Soundcore App:

Download the Soundcore app to unlock additional features, customize button controls, and access various equalizer settings beyond the default modes. While custom EQ presets are not available, there are 21 pre-configured options including Soundcore Signature and BassUp.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For ear tips, remove them and clean with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.

Storage:

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance:

The earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. However, the charging case is not waterproof. Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not charging in case:

Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in the charging case and that the charging pins are clean and free of debris. Verify the charging case itself has sufficient battery or is connected to a power source.

Connection issues:

If earbuds fail to connect or maintain a stable connection, try the following:

• Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.
• Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device.
• Forget "Soundcore Life A1" from your device's Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
• Reset the earbuds (refer to the Soundcore app or official support for specific reset instructions).

Low volume or unbalanced sound:

Check the volume levels on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure ear tips are clean and properly fitted. If the issue persists, try cleaning the earbud's mesh filters.
