Setup

1. Initial Charge: Before first use, place both earbuds into the charging case and connect the case to a USB-C power source. Ensure the earbuds and case are fully charged. The LED indicators on the case will show charging status.
2. Power On & Pairing: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The LED indicator on one earbud will flash white.
3. Connect to Device: On your device, enable Bluetooth and select "Soundcore Life A2 NC" from the list of available devices. Once connected, the LED indicators on both earbuds will turn solid white for 1 second.
4. Optimal Fit: Select the EarTips and EarWings that provide the most secure and comfortable fit for your ears. A proper seal is crucial for effective noise cancellation and sound quality. Gently twist the earbuds into your ear canal until they feel snug.
5. Download Soundcore App: For full customization and features, download the Soundcore app from your device's app store.

Operating Your Earbuds

Controls

The Soundcore Life A2 NC earbuds feature touch controls. You can customize these controls via the Soundcore app.

• Double Tap: Typically used for play/pause or answering/ending calls.
• Press and Hold (2 seconds): Often used to switch between Noise Cancellation modes or activate voice assistant.

Noise Cancellation Modes

The earbuds offer three distinct noise cancellation modes:

• Transport Mode: Targets low-frequency noises like engine sounds from planes or trains.
• Indoor Mode: Reduces mid-frequency noises such as voices in offices or cafes.
• Outdoor Mode: Minimizes ambient noise from traffic and wind.

Transparency Mode

• Poor sound quality or weak bass: Ensure you have selected the correct size EarTips and EarWings for a secure and airtight seal in your ear canal. Clean any debris from the speaker mesh. Adjust EQ settings in the Soundcore app.
• Noise Cancellation not effective: Verify that Noise Cancellation mode is active. Ensure a proper fit with the correct EarTips and EarWings. Try switching between the different Noise Cancellation modes (Transport, Indoor, Outdoor) to find the most effective one for your environment.
• Earbuds not charging: Check the USB-C cable and power adapter. Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and free of debris.
• App connectivity issues: Ensure your earbuds are connected to your device via Bluetooth. Close and reopen the Soundcore app. Update the app to the latest version.
