1. Important Safety Information
Please read and understand all instructions before assembly and use of the INFANS Baby Bassinet Bedside Crib. Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.
- Suffocation Hazard: Infants can suffocate in gaps between an extra mattress and the side of the bassinet/bedside sleeper, or on soft bedding. Use ONLY the mattress provided by the manufacturer. NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
- Fall Hazard: To prevent falls, do not use this product once the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, or has reached 6 months of age, or weighs over 20 lbs (9 kg), whichever comes first.
- ALWAYS ensure the bassinet is securely attached to the adult bed when used in bedside sleeper mode. Use the provided safety straps.
- NEVER use the bassinet if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact INFANS for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed.
- Keep all cords, strings, and window blind cords away from the bassinet to prevent strangulation hazards.
- Do not place the bassinet near windows where cords from blinds or drapes could strangle a child.
- Ensure the bassinet is placed on a firm, horizontal level floor.

3. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your INFANS Baby Bassinet Bedside Crib.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the 'Product Overview' section are present and undamaged.
- Assemble Frame: Extend the aluminum frame legs until they click into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged.
- Attach Fabric Body: Slide the fabric bassinet body onto the assembled frame, ensuring it is securely fastened at all attachment points.
- Insert Mattress: Place the provided mattress into the bassinet. Ensure it fits snugly without any gaps around the edges.
- Install Storage Basket: Attach the storage basket to the designated hooks or clips beneath the bassinet frame.
- Bedside Sleeper Attachment (Optional): If using as a bedside sleeper, position the bassinet next to your adult bed. Lower one side of the bassinet by unzipping or releasing the side panel. Use the provided reinforcement fixed straps to secure the bassinet to the adult bed frame or mattress support. Ensure the bassinet is flush against the adult bed and there are no gaps.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting Height
The bassinet features 7 adjustable height levels to match various bed heights or for standalone use.
- Locate the height adjustment buttons on each side of the bassinet frame.
- Press the buttons simultaneously and lift or lower the bassinet to the desired height.
- Ensure both sides are adjusted to the same level and click securely into place before placing your baby inside.

4.2 Converting to Bedside Sleeper
To convert the bassinet into a bedside sleeper:
- Ensure the bassinet is positioned next to your adult bed.
- Unzip or release the fasteners on one side of the bassinet to lower the side panel.
- Adjust the bassinet height to match your adult mattress height.
- Securely attach the bassinet to your adult bed using the provided fixed straps as shown in Image 3.1.
4.3 Moving the Bassinet
The bassinet is equipped with four built-in pulleys for easy movement.
- To move, gently lift one end of the bassinet slightly to engage the wheels.
- Roll the bassinet to the desired location.
- Ensure the bassinet is stable and level once repositioned.

4.4 Using the Storage Basket
The large storage basket beneath the bassinet provides convenient access to baby essentials.
- Place diapers, wipes, blankets, toys, or other items in the basket for easy retrieval.
- Do not overload the basket to maintain stability.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safety of your bassinet.
- Fabric Care: The fabric components of the bassinet are Hand Wash Only. Use mild soap and cold water. Do not bleach. Air dry thoroughly.
- Frame Care: Wipe the aluminum frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Mattress Care: The mattress cover can be removed and hand washed. The inner foam should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and air dried. Ensure the mattress is completely dry before reinserting into the bassinet.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws, fasteners, and locking mechanisms to ensure they are secure. Inspect for any signs of wear or damage to the fabric or frame.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your INFANS Baby Bassinet Bedside Crib, refer to the following common solutions:
- Bassinet feels unstable: Ensure all frame components are fully extended and locked into place. Verify that the height adjustment mechanisms on both sides are securely engaged at the same level. If using as a bedside sleeper, confirm the fixed straps are tightly secured to the adult bed.
- Difficulty adjusting height: Ensure you are pressing both height adjustment buttons simultaneously. Check for any obstructions in the adjustment mechanism.
- Side panel not lowering/raising smoothly: Check the zipper or fasteners for any fabric snags or damage. Ensure the mechanism is clear of debris.
