6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your BODEGAEU 45L Compressor Cooler, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cooler not turning on. | No power supply; loose connection; blown fuse; vehicle battery low. | Check power cable connections. Ensure power source is active. Check vehicle battery voltage and cooler's battery protection setting (try 'L'). Replace fuse if necessary. |
| Cooling performance is poor. | Lid not closed properly; insufficient ventilation; ambient temperature too high; too much content; ECO mode selected. | Ensure lid is securely closed. Clear ventilation openings. Move cooler to a cooler environment. Reduce contents if overloaded. Switch to MAX mode for faster cooling. |
| Cooler is making unusual noise. | Cooler not level; fan obstruction; normal compressor operation. | Ensure cooler is on a flat surface. Check for any obstructions around the fan. A slight humming sound from the compressor is normal. If noise is excessive or unusual, contact support. |
| Mobile app not connecting. | Incorrect pairing steps; WiFi/Bluetooth issues; app outdated. | Ensure cooler is powered on and in pairing mode. Re-attempt WiFi pairing first, then Bluetooth. Restart app and cooler. Update app to the latest version. |
| Display shows an error code. | Internal fault. | Note down the error code and contact customer support for assistance. |
