4. Assembly and Setup

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your FLEXISPOT Standing Desk. A detailed installation video is also available for visual guidance.

4.1. Assembly Steps

1. Insert Coupling into Motor: Carefully insert the coupling into the motor, ensuring it is correctly aligned.
2. Insert Motor and Right Column: Attach the motor assembly to the right lifting column.
3. Install Crossbeam: Secure the crossbeam between the two lifting columns. Ensure the three protrusions at the lifting column align with the holes in the crossbeam.
4. Install Support Plates: Attach the support plates to the top of the lifting columns.
5. Install Desk Feet: Securely fasten the desk feet to the bottom of the lifting columns.
6. Adjust Crossbeam: Ensure the crossbeam is properly adjusted and tightened.
7. Install Table Board: Carefully place the bamboo desktop onto the assembled frame and secure it with the provided screws.
8. Install Transmission Rod: Insert the transmission rod to connect the motor to the lifting mechanism.
9. Tighten Transmission Rod Nut: Use the spanner to tighten the nut on the transmission rod.
10. Install Keypad: Mount the control keypad to the underside of the desktop in a convenient location.
11. Install Hook: Attach the headphone hook to the desired location on the desk frame.
12. Connect Cables: Connect all power and control cables as indicated in the diagram. Ensure all connections are firm.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Height Adjustment

• Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrows on the control panel to adjust the desk height.
• The desk can be adjusted smoothly from 28.1 inches to 45.7 inches.

5.2. Memory Presets

The desk features 4 height memory presets to save your preferred sitting and standing heights.

1. Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down arrows.
2. Press the 'M' button, then press one of the numbered buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) to save the current height to that preset.
3. To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding numbered button.

6. Maintenance
