6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Turn off the insoles and disconnect them from any power source before cleaning.
- Wipe the surface of the insoles with a damp cloth. Do not submerge them in water.
- Allow the insoles to air dry completely before storing or recharging.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
6.2 Storage
- Store the insoles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge the batteries to about 50% every few months to maintain battery health.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Insoles not heating | Battery is low or depleted. Insoles are not turned on. Remote control battery is low. | Charge the insoles fully. Press the power button on the remote. Replace remote control battery (if applicable, check manual for remote battery type). |
| Short battery life | Using on High setting continuously. Battery degradation over time. | Use on Medium or Low setting for extended periods. Ensure full charge before use. Battery life naturally decreases over many charge cycles. |
| Remote not responding | Remote battery is low or dead. Out of range. Interference. | Replace remote control battery. Move closer to the insoles. Avoid using near strong electromagnetic fields. |
