Setup Guide

1. Connect to Power:

   Insert the USB-C end of the provided charging cable into the port on the TOZO W1 Wireless Charger.

   Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a compatible power adapter (not included). For optimal 10W fast charging, a power adapter with a minimum output of 10W (e.g., QC 2.0/3.0 adapter) is recommended.

2. Placement:

   Place the wireless charger on a flat, stable surface, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and metallic objects.

Operating Instructions

1. Initiating Charge:

Troubleshooting

Device is not charging or charging slowly:

• Ensure your device is Qi-compatible and supports wireless charging.
• Verify that the charger is properly connected to a power source and the LED indicator is on.
• Reposition your device on the center of the charging pad.
• Remove any thick cases (over 8mm) or cases with metal attachments, magnets, or credit cards.
• Ensure you are using a power adapter with sufficient output (minimum 10W for fast charging).
• Check for any foreign objects between the device and the charging pad.

LED indicator is flashing rapidly:

• This usually indicates Foreign Object Detection (FOD). Remove any metal objects (coins, keys, credit cards) from the charging pad.
• Ensure your device is correctly placed on the charging pad.

Charger or device gets warm during charging:

• It is normal for the charger and device to become slightly warm during wireless charging.
• If it becomes excessively hot, remove the device immediately and disconnect the charger. Ensure proper ventilation and that no foreign objects are present.
• The charger has built-in over-temperature protection to prevent damage.
