2. Prepare: Remove an ovulation test stick from its foil wrapper just before use.
3. Collect Urine: You can either place the absorbent tip directly in your urine stream for 5 to 7 seconds, or dip the tip into a collected urine sample for 15 seconds. Ensure the absorbent tip is thoroughly wet.
4. Wait: Lay the test stick flat. Wait for 3 minutes before reading the result.

4.2. Clearblue Early Detection Pregnancy Test

The Early Detection Pregnancy Test can be used up to 6 days before your missed period (5 days before your expected period).

1. When to Test: For early detection, use your first urine of the day. If testing on or after the day of your expected period, you can use urine from any time of day.
2. Prepare: Remove a pregnancy test stick from its foil wrapper just before use.
3. Collect Urine: Place the extra wide absorbent tip directly in your urine stream for 5 seconds, or dip the tip into a collected urine sample for 20 seconds. Ensure the absorbent tip is thoroughly wet.
4. Wait: Lay the test stick flat. Wait for 3 minutes before reading the result.

5. Interpreting Results

5.1. Clearblue Ovulation Test Results

After 3 minutes, read your result. The control window should show a line, indicating the test worked correctly.

• No LH Surge (Negative): If only the control line is visible, or the test line is lighter than the control line, no LH surge has been detected. Continue testing daily.
• LH Surge (Positive): If the test line is as dark as or darker than the control line, an LH surge has been detected. This indicates you are likely to ovulate within the next 24-36 hours. Your 2 most fertile days are today and tomorrow.
