- Rinse the water tank thoroughly and refill with fresh water.
- Run several cycles with fresh water to rinse out any remaining descaling solution.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not turn on. | No power supply. | Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet and the machine. Test the outlet with another appliance. |
| Coffee is not hot enough. | Machine needs descaling; preheating not complete. | Allow the machine to fully preheat until the indicator light is solid. Perform a descaling cycle (see Section 6.2). |
| Water is leaking from the machine. | Water tank not properly seated; internal seal issue. | Ensure the water tank is correctly and firmly placed. Check for cracks in the water tank. If leaking persists, contact customer support. |
| Coffee does not dispense or dispenses slowly. | Water tank empty; machine needs descaling; capsule/filter clogged. | Check water level in the tank. Perform a descaling cycle. Ensure capsule is correctly inserted and not damaged, or that ground coffee filter is not overfilled/clogged. |
| Coffee spills outside the cup. | Cup not positioned correctly; incorrect cup size. | Ensure the cup is centered directly under the dispenser. Use a cup appropriate for the selected brew volume. |
