Setup and Installation

Receiver Placement

Plug the receiver into a standard electrical outlet in your desired location. Ensure it is within the wireless range of the transmitter. The doorbell offers a working range of up to 400 meters (1300 feet) in open areas.

Transmitter Installation

The push button (transmitter) is IP55 waterproof and weatherproof, suitable for outdoor installation. You can mount it using the provided screws or double-sided adhesive tape.

  • Using Screws: Mark the desired location, drill pilot holes, and secure the transmitter with the screws.
  • Using Adhesive Tape: Clean the surface thoroughly, peel off the backing from the double-sided tape, and firmly press the transmitter onto the surface.

Operating Instructions

Pairing Receivers with Transmitters

To set a separate sound for each receiver or pair a new transmitter, follow these steps:

  1. Plug the receiver into an electrical outlet.
  2. Briefly press the "Music" button on the receiver to select your desired ringtone.
  3. Press and hold the volume button on the receiver for approximately 5-7 seconds until the blue light flashes. This indicates the receiver is in pairing mode. Note: The receiver will exit pairing mode automatically if no signal is received from the transmitter within 5 seconds.
  4. Immediately press the transmitter button. You will hear the selected ringtone, confirming successful pairing.
  5. Press the transmitter again for a final verification. If the melody plays, the pairing process is complete.

To set a different sound for a receiver triggered by another transmitter, simply select a new song on that receiver and repeat steps 1-4 with the new transmitter.

Reset/Clear Receiver Pairing Memory

To reset or clear the pairing memory of a receiver:

  1. Plug the receiver into an electrical outlet.
  2. Press and hold the "Music" button on the receiver for approximately 10 seconds until you hear a "ding" sound and the light flashes. This indicates that the receiver's memory has been reset/cleared.

Volume Adjustment and Chime Selection

The receiver offers multiple volume levels and 58 different chimes to choose from. Use the dedicated volume button to cycle through volume levels and the music button to select your preferred chime.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement (Transmitter)

The transmitter uses a standard battery with an estimated 3-year lifespan. When the transmitter's performance degrades or it stops working, it's time to replace the battery.

  1. Remove the protective film from the transmitter if present.
  2. Use a small screwdriver (or the supplied tool) to open the back cover of the doorbell trigger.
  3. Carefully remove the old battery and install a new battery of the appropriate size into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
  4. Close the back cover securely.

Cleaning

Wipe the doorbell units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Troubleshooting
