Safety Information
To prevent injury or damage, always follow these safety precautions:
- Ensure the dispenser is placed on a flat, stable surface.
- Do not plug in the dispenser until it has been standing upright for at least 24 hours, especially after transport, to allow the refrigerant to settle.
- Keep the machine away from flammable and explosive materials.
- The hot water spout is equipped with a child safety lock. Always engage this lock when not in use, especially in households with children.
- Do not operate the hot water function without water in the tank to prevent damage to the heating element.
- Unplug the dispenser before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
Product Features
- Self-Cleaning UV Light: This dispenser features a stainless steel tank with an internal UV light that runs for 20 minutes every two hours and automatically activates when the pump is working. This helps ensure water health and prevents harmful substance buildup.
- Three Temperature Settings: Provides hot, room temperature, and cold water from three separate spouts, catering to various hydration needs. The hot and cold water switches on the back can be turned off to save energy.
- Bottom Loading Design: Features a tilt-slip design for easy replacement of 3 or 5-gallon water bottles, minimizing physical effort. A flashing cold water light indicates low water levels, prompting bottle replacement.
- Night Light: A built-in night light illuminates the dispensing area, allowing for easy water dispensing in low-light conditions and helping to prevent spills.
- Child Safety Lock: The hot water switch includes a two-step child safety lock to prevent accidental dispensing of hot water and minimize the risk of burns.
- Portable Design: Equipped with a handle on the back for easy relocation of the dispenser.

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.
- Positioning: Place the dispenser on a level, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation (at least 4 inches from walls).
- Initial Stand Time: If the dispenser was not transported upright, allow it to stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it into a power outlet. This allows the refrigerant to settle and prevents internal damage.
- Install Water Bottle: Open the bottom compartment door. Place a 3 or 5-gallon water bottle into the compartment. The tilt-slip design assists with this process. Ensure the bottle is securely seated and the pump tube is correctly inserted into the bottle.
- Power Connection: Plug the dispenser into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Activate Heating/Cooling: Locate the hot and cold water switches on the back of the unit. Turn them ON as desired. The unit will begin heating and cooling the water.
Operating Instructions
- Dispensing Cold Water: Place your cup under the cold water spout. Press the cold water lever/button to dispense.
- Dispensing Room Temperature Water: Place your cup under the room temperature water spout. Press the room temperature water lever/button to dispense.
- Dispensing Hot Water: Place your cup under the hot water spout. To dispense hot water, first engage the child safety lock by sliding or pressing the safety mechanism, then press the hot water lever/button. Release the safety mechanism after dispensing.
- Night Light Function: The night light switch is located on the back of the unit. Toggle it ON/OFF as needed for illumination in dark environments.
- Low Water Indicator: When the water bottle is low, the cold water light will flash, and the pump will continue to operate for five minutes to alert you to replace the bottle.
Maintenance
- Self-Cleaning Cycle: The internal UV light automatically activates for 20 minutes every two hours and when the pump is running to maintain water hygiene.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Drip Tray Cleaning: Regularly remove and empty the drip tray. Wash it with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before replacing.
- Internal Cleaning (Periodic): For thorough internal cleaning beyond the UV light, refer to the detailed instructions in the full user manual PDF.
