1. Introduction

2. Setup

2.1 What's in the Box

  • Apple Watch SE GPS 44mm (Space Gray Aluminum Case)
  • Black Sport Band (S/M & M/L sizes)
  • Magnetic Charging Cable

2.2 Attaching the Band

To attach the band, slide it into the watch case until you feel and hear a click. Ensure the band is securely fastened before wearing the watch. To remove, press the band release button on the back of the watch and slide the band out.

2.3 Charging Your Apple Watch

Connect the magnetic charging cable to a USB power adapter (sold separately) and plug it into a power outlet. Place the back of your Apple Watch on the magnetic charger. The charger will snap into place. The watch will display a charging indicator. Allow sufficient time for a full charge before initial use. The Apple Watch SE uses a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

2.4 Pairing with iPhone

To pair your Apple Watch SE with your iPhone:

  1. Ensure your iPhone is running iOS 14 or later (iPhone 6s or later model) and is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular.
  2. Turn on your Apple Watch by pressing and holding the side button until the Apple logo appears.
  3. Bring your iPhone near your Apple Watch. A pairing screen will appear on your iPhone. Tap 'Continue'.
  4. Position your iPhone so that your Apple Watch appears in the viewfinder of the Apple Watch app.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions on both devices to complete the pairing process.

3. Operating Your Apple Watch SE

3.1 Basic Navigation

Your Apple Watch SE features a Digital Crown, a Side Button, and a Force Touch display for interaction.

  • Digital Crown: Rotate to scroll, zoom, or adjust values. Press once to go to the watch face or app launcher. Double-press to switch between your last two apps. Press and hold for Siri.
  • Side Button: Press once to open the Dock (recently used apps). Double-press for Apple Pay. Press and hold for Emergency SOS or to power off.
  • Touchscreen: Tap to select, swipe to navigate, and press firmly (Force Touch) for additional options in some apps.

3.3 Workout Features
