Operating Instructions

1. Basic Controls

Use the remote controller to navigate the vehicle. The controller features pressure-sensitive buttons for precise speed control, allowing for both slow crawls and high-speed maneuvers.

  • Forward/Backward: Use the main throttle control to move the car forward or backward.
  • Turning: The car turns by differentiating power to the rear wheels. Pressing the left or right buttons on the controller will adjust the power to each wheel, enabling turns. This design is optimized for track performance.
  • Turbo Boost: Engage the turbo boost feature for additional power and speed, allowing the car to reach up to 500 scale miles per hour. Be aware that high speeds can cause the car to spin out, especially on smooth surfaces.

2. On and Off Track Use

The Hot Wheels RC 1:64 Scale 2017 Nissan GT-R can be driven on various smooth surfaces, such as tables or floors. It also includes a track adapter to easily guide the car onto any iconic Hot Wheels orange track (sold separately) for enhanced play.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Regularly inspect and clean the wheels of your RC vehicle. Small hairs or lint can easily get caught in the wheels and gears, potentially affecting performance. Use a soft brush or cloth to gently remove any debris.

2. Storage

When not in use, store the vehicle and controller in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries from the controller if storing for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

  • Vehicle not responding: Ensure the vehicle is fully charged and the controller has fresh batteries. Re-attempt the pairing process.
  • Vehicle spinning out easily: The vehicle is rear-wheel drive (RWD) and designed for speed. On smooth surfaces, especially with turbo boost, it may spin out. Practice gentle control and adjust speed accordingly.
  • Vehicle not moving on carpet: This RC car is designed for use on hard, smooth surfaces like wood or tile floors. It will not operate effectively on carpet due to its small size and wheel design.
