5. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up your microwave oven:
- Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials from inside and outside the oven. Check for any damage such as dents or a misaligned door. Do not operate the oven if it is damaged.
- Placement: Place the microwave oven on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight and the heaviest food item likely to be cooked in it. Ensure there is adequate ventilation space: at least 20 cm (8 inches) of space above the oven, 10 cm (4 inches) at the rear, and 5 cm (2 inches) on each side.
- Turntable Installation:
- Place the turntable ring assembly in the circular depression on the oven floor.
- Place the glass turntable on top of the turntable ring, ensuring it sits securely on the central hub.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the rating label on the oven. Do not use extension cords or adapters.
6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Microwave Cooking
- Place the food in a microwave-safe container on the glass turntable. Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the POWER knob to select the desired cooking power level. Available levels include:
- Defrost (Scongelamento)
- 150W (Low)
- 350W (Medium-Low)
- 500W (Medium)
- 600W (Medium-High)
- 700W (High)
- Turn the TIMER knob to set the desired cooking time. The maximum cooking time is 30 minutes. The oven will start automatically once the timer is set.
- When the cooking time is complete, the oven will emit an audible signal and automatically turn off. Carefully remove the food, as the container and food may be hot.
6.2 Defrosting Function
The defrost function allows for uniform thawing of frozen foods by modulating microwave power.
- Place the frozen food in a microwave-safe container on the turntable.
- Turn the POWER knob to the "Defrost" setting.
- Turn the TIMER knob to set the appropriate defrosting time based on the food type and weight.
- During defrosting, it is recommended to turn the food over periodically to ensure even thawing.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and efficient operation of your microwave oven.
- Disconnect Power: Always unplug the microwave oven from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Oven Interior: Wipe the interior cavity after each use with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, boil a cup of water with a few slices of lemon inside the oven for 5-10 minutes to loosen food particles, then wipe clean.
- Oven Door and Seals: Clean the door, door seals, and adjacent parts carefully with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass as they can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.
- Glass Turntable and Ring: The glass turntable and turntable ring can be washed in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the oven.
- Exterior: Clean the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
CAUTION: Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or the appliance itself in water or other liquids.
