The YESTEL T5 is designed for a smooth user experience, featuring an Octa-Core processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage (expandable), and a 6000mAh battery.

2. Product Overview
2.1 Device Layout
Familiarize yourself with the physical components and ports of your YESTEL T5 tablet.

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Tablet
Before first use, fully charge your tablet. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the tablet's charging port and the other end to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
3.2 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the YESTEL logo appears.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear on the screen, then select "Power off".
- To Restart: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear, then select "Restart".
3.3 Initial Setup Wizard
Upon first power-on, the tablet will guide you through an initial setup process:
- Select your preferred language.
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network. This is crucial for downloading updates and setting up your Google account.
- Sign in with your Google account or create a new one. This is required to access the Google Play Store and other Google services.
- Review and accept the terms and conditions.
- Set up screen lock (PIN, pattern, or password) for security.
- Complete the remaining setup steps as prompted.
3.4 Inserting a Micro SD Card
The YESTEL T5 supports Micro SD cards up to 256GB for expanded storage.
- Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the tablet (refer to Figure 2.1).
- Gently insert the Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place.
- The tablet will detect the card and may prompt you to format it for internal or portable storage. Follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Navigation
The YESTEL T5 uses a capacitive touchscreen for interaction:
- Tap: Touch the screen once to open an app, select an item, or press a button.
- Touch & Hold: Press and hold an item to access context menus or move icons.
- Swipe: Drag your finger across the screen to scroll through pages or lists.
- Pinch: Use two fingers to zoom in or out on images and web pages.
4.2 Connecting to Wi-Fi
To connect to the internet:
- Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi.
- Toggle Wi-Fi On.
- Select your desired network from the list.
- Enter the password if prompted, then tap Connect.
4.3 Installing and Managing Applications
Applications can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
- Install: Open the Play Store app, search for your desired app, and tap Install.
- Uninstall: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications, select the app, then tap Uninstall.
4.4 Camera Usage
The tablet features a 5MP front camera and an 8MP rear camera.
- Open the Camera app.
- Tap the camera switch icon to toggle between front and rear cameras.
- Tap the shutter button to take a photo or start/stop video recording.

4.6 Battery Management

To optimize battery life:
- Reduce screen brightness.
- Turn off Wi-Fi or Bluetooth when not in use.
