1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your AmazonBasics Computer Speakers. This product includes two distinct models: the U213 Black Sound Tabletop/Freestanding Speakers and the V620SILVER Computer Speakers. Both models are designed to enhance your audio experience with desktop or laptop PCs.

2. Important Safety Information

Read all instructions carefully before using the product.
Keep this manual for future reference.
Do not expose the speakers to water or moisture. The product is not water resistant.
Do not place the speakers near heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
Clean only with a dry cloth.
Disconnect the speakers from the USB power source during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

3.2. Connecting the Speakers (U213 Black Model)

The U213 speakers are designed for simple plug-and-play setup without the need for additional drivers.

Place the two speakers on a flat, stable surface, such as a tabletop or desk, ensuring they are positioned for optimal sound projection.
Connect the integrated 3.5mm audio jack from the speakers into the audio output port (headphone jack) of your desktop or laptop PC.
Connect the integrated USB cable from the speakers into an available USB port on your desktop or laptop PC for power. The speakers are USB-powered (5V).

3.3. Connecting the Speakers (V620SILVER Model)

The V620SILVER speakers also feature a simple plug-and-play setup.

Position the two silver speakers on your desktop or desired surface. The padded base helps prevent scratches and provides stability.
Connect the integrated 3.5mm audio jack from the speakers into the audio output port of your computer.
Connect the integrated USB cable from the speakers into an available USB port on your computer for power. These speakers are also USB-powered (5V).

4. Operation

4.1. Operating the U213 Black Speakers

Power On/Off and Volume Control: The main control knob is located on the front of one of the speakers. Rotate the knob clockwise to turn the speakers on and increase the volume. Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease the volume and turn the speakers off (On/Standby function).
Headphone Jack: A 3.5mm headphone jack is available on the front of the speaker for private listening. Plugging in headphones will mute the speakers.

5. Maintenance

6. Troubleshooting
