Maintenance

Battery Care

  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.
  • Do not expose batteries to water or moisture.
  • If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to approximately 50% capacity.

Charger Care

  • Clean the charger with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
  • Ensure the charger's ports are free from dust and debris.
  • Avoid dropping the charger or subjecting it to strong impacts.

Troubleshooting

  • Charger not powering on: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the charger and the power source. Try a different USB cable or power source.
  • Battery not charging: Verify the battery is correctly inserted into the charger with contacts aligned. Check the LED indicator status. If the battery is severely depleted, it may take a few minutes for the indicator to show activity.
  • Slow charging: Ensure your power source provides sufficient current (e.g., a 2A USB adapter is recommended for faster charging). Charging from a laptop USB port may be slower.
  • Overheating: It is normal for the charger and battery to become slightly warm during charging. If excessive heat is detected, disconnect immediately and contact support.
