Setup
- Initial Connection: Plug the Maxcio PM001 Energy Meter Plug into a standard wall socket.

- Appliance Connection: Plug the appliance you wish to monitor into the socket of the Maxcio PM001.
- Battery Charging: The internal battery will charge automatically when the device is plugged in. This battery ensures data retention during power interruptions.

Operating Instructions
Display Modes:
The device offers 7 monitoring modes. Use the "ENERGY/+" button to cycle through them.
- Time/Voltage/Frequency: Displays current time, voltage (200-276V), and frequency.
- Current/Power Factor: Displays current (Amps) and power factor.
- Power (Watts): Displays real-time power consumption (0.1-3680W).
- Minimum Power: Displays the lowest recorded power consumption.
- Maximum Power: Displays the highest recorded power consumption.
- Total Energy (kWh)/CO2 Emission: Displays accumulated energy consumption (0.00-9999.9 kWh) and estimated CO2 emissions.
- Total Cost: Displays the total calculated cost based on set tariffs.

Setting Tariffs:
To accurately calculate electricity costs, you need to set the tariff rates.
- Press the "SET/OK" button to enter setting mode.
- Use "COST/-" and "ENERGY/+" buttons to adjust the values.
- Press "SET/OK" again to confirm and move to the next setting.
- The device supports dual tariffs (Tariff 1 and Tariff 2) for different time periods. Set the cost per kWh for each tariff and the time ranges.

History Function:
Press the "HISTORY" button to view historical power consumption data. The device stores weekly consumption data.

Overload Protection:
If the connected appliance's power exceeds 3680W, the LCD will flash "OVERLOAD" to warn the user. Disconnect the appliance immediately to prevent damage to the meter or the appliance.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Battery: The built-in NiMH battery is designed for data retention. It does not require user maintenance.
