Setup Instructions
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, ensure the solar panel receives at least 8-10 hours of direct sunlight to fully charge the internal battery. The light will not operate optimally if not sufficiently charged.

2. Mounting Options
The Bionic Spotlight offers two primary installation methods:
- Ground Stake Installation: Attach the ground stake to the mounting base. Insert the assembled unit firmly into the ground in a location that receives ample direct sunlight.
- Wall Mount Installation: Use the provided screws and wall anchors to secure the mounting base to a wall or post. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum sunlight.
Adjust the angle of the solar panel and the light head to optimize sun exposure and light coverage. The unit features an adjustable base and a flexible joint for precise positioning.

Operating Instructions
1. Activating the Light
Locate the 'On/Off/Sensor Mode' switch, typically found on the back or underside of the solar panel unit. Slide the switch to the 'On' or 'Sensor Mode' position. The light is designed to automatically detect ambient light levels and will only activate its motion sensor function in low-light conditions.
2. Motion Sensor Functionality
Once activated and in low-light conditions, the Bionic Spotlight will detect motion up to 25 feet away. Upon detection, the super bright LED lights will illuminate. The light will remain on as long as motion is detected within its range and will turn off approximately 60 seconds after motion ceases.

Maintenance
- Clean Solar Panel: Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures efficient sunlight absorption and optimal charging.
- Clear Obstructions: Ensure no trees, bushes, or other objects obstruct direct sunlight from reaching the solar panel throughout the day.
- Check Mounting: Periodically check that the light unit is securely mounted and that all adjustable parts are tightened to maintain desired positioning.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not turn on at night. | Insufficient solar charge. | Ensure the solar panel receives 8-10 hours of direct sunlight daily. Relocate if necessary. |
| Light is dim or only stays on for a short period. | Partial solar charge or dirty solar panel. | Clean the solar panel. Ensure full sun exposure. Allow several days for full charge. |
| Motion sensor is not detecting movement. | Sensor obstructed or incorrect angle. | Clear any obstructions from the sensor. Adjust the light's angle to cover the desired area. |
| Light turns on during the day. | Light sensor is covered or in a dark area. | Ensure the light sensor is not obstructed and the unit is in an area that receives ambient light during the day. |
