Setup Guide
Before using your Denash KN320, ensure you have all components listed in the Package Contents section.
- Powering On: Connect the KN320 adapter to a USB power source (e.g., a USB port on your computer, a USB wall adapter, or a power bank). The device will power on automatically.
- Connecting Audio: Use the included 3.5mm auxiliary cable to connect the KN320 to your audio source (in Transmitter Mode) or your audio output device (in Receiver Mode).
- Mode Selection: The device operates in two modes: Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX). The mode is indicated by the LED light.
- Transmitter Mode (TX): Red LED light. Used to send audio from non-Bluetooth devices.
- Receiver Mode (RX): Blue LED light. Used to receive audio from Bluetooth-enabled devices.
- Switching Modes:
- If the device has been in one mode for a long period, you may need to reactivate it (power cycle) twice to switch to the other mode.
- If you have just switched modes and wish to immediately switch back or to another mode, simply repower the device.

Operating Instructions
Transmitter Mode (TX)
In Transmitter Mode, the KN320 sends audio from a non-Bluetooth device to a Bluetooth receiving device (e.g., headphones, speakers).
- Ensure the KN320 is in Transmitter Mode (Red LED). If not, switch modes as described in the Setup Guide.
- Connect the 3.5mm auxiliary cable from the KN320's audio port to the audio output port of your non-Bluetooth device (e.g., TV, CD player, PC).
- Place your Bluetooth headphones or speakers into pairing mode.
- The KN320 will automatically search for and connect to nearby Bluetooth receiving devices. Once connected, the red LED will stop flashing and remain solid.
- Audio from your non-Bluetooth device will now be streamed to your Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

Receiver Mode (RX)
In Receiver Mode, the KN320 receives audio from a Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop) and outputs it to a wired audio system.
- Ensure the KN320 is in Receiver Mode (Blue LED). If not, switch modes as described in the Setup Guide.
- Connect the 3.5mm auxiliary cable from the KN320's audio port to the audio input port of your wired stereo system, speaker, or headphones.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Locate and select "KN320" from the list of devices to pair. The blue LED on the KN320 will flash during pairing and become solid once successfully connected.
- Once paired, audio from your Bluetooth-enabled device will be played through your wired audio system.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues while using your Denash KN320, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Device Not Powering On:
- Ensure the USB connector is fully inserted into a working USB power source.
- Try a different USB port or power adapter.
- Cannot Switch Modes:
- If the device has been in one mode for an extended period, power cycle it twice (unplug and plug back in) to force a mode switch.
- If you just switched modes and want to switch again quickly, simply repower the device.
- No Audio / Poor Audio Quality:
- Check that the 3.5mm auxiliary cable is securely connected to both the KN320 and your audio device.
- Ensure the KN320 is in the correct mode (TX for transmitting, RX for receiving).
- Verify that the volume on both the KN320's connected device and the receiving/output device is turned up.
- Ensure the pairing is successful (solid LED light). If not, re-pair the devices.
- Reduce the distance between the KN320 and the paired Bluetooth device, and remove any obstacles.
- Try restarting both the KN320 and the paired Bluetooth device.
- Device Not Pairing (Receiver Mode):
- Make sure the KN320 is in Receiver Mode (Blue LED flashing during pairing).
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone/tablet/PC.
- Search for "KN320" in your device's Bluetooth settings.
- If "KN320" does not appear, try restarting the KN320 and your Bluetooth device.
- Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the KN320.
