4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank
Before first use, fully charge your ROMOSS Sense 8+ power bank. This ensures optimal battery performance.
- Connect a compatible 18W PD (Power Delivery) wall adapter (not included) to one of the power bank's input ports (Micro-USB, Lightning, or USB Type-C).
- Connect the other end of the cable to a power outlet.
- The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status. A full charge is indicated when all LEDs are solid.
Note: It takes approximately 11 hours to fully recharge the 30,000mAh power bank with an 18W PD adapter.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Charging Your Devices
The ROMOSS Sense 8+ features three USB output ports for charging multiple devices simultaneously.
- Connect your device's charging cable to one of the power bank's USB output ports.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
- The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED indicators will show the remaining battery level of the power bank.
Tip: The power bank supports fast charging for QC-compatible devices, charging up to 80% in approximately 35 minutes.

5.5 Checking Battery Level
Press the power button once to check the remaining battery level. The LED indicators will light up to show the current charge:
- One LED: 0-25%
- Two LEDs: 25-50%
- Three LEDs: 50-75%
- Four LEDs: 75-100%

Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, charge the power bank to approximately 50% every three months to maintain battery health.

- Power bank not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable and wall adapter are properly connected and functional.
- Verify that the wall adapter meets the recommended 18W PD specification.
- Try a different charging cable or adapter.
- Devices not charging from power bank:
- Check if the power bank has sufficient charge.
- Ensure the charging cable connecting the power bank to your device is securely connected and not damaged.
- Try a different USB output port on the power bank.
- Try a different charging cable for your device.
- Slow charging:
- Ensure your device and cable support fast charging if you expect rapid charging speeds.
- Using multiple output ports simultaneously may distribute power, potentially slowing down individual device charging.
